In the Ortenau region (at the edge of the Black Forest) enjoyment of food and hospitality are connected with a specific name: the Adler in Lahr. For more than 150 years it has been in the hands of the Fehrenbacher family. Originally a brewery inn, today it harmoniously combines tradition and a stylish atmosphere.
The centre of the Adler is the multi-awarded cuisine by father and son Fehrenbacher. They display their high level of cooking in the elegant restaurant. Their innovative dishes based on the best produce delight and sometimes surprise the guests with cosmopolitan touches, rooted in the classic French tradition. The modern inn offers a multitude of delicious dishes for all occasions.
