The Hotel Restaurant Krone hasn‘t been a secret among gourmets for a long time. In June 2018, after 36 years, Karl-Emil Kuntz passed the ceptre on to his daughter Erika Kuntz and her partner Fabio Daneluzzi.
With Daneluzzi a pupil of Kuntz is taking over the kitchen of the Michelin starred chef. The 25 yeaer old has been traind at Karl-Emil Kuntz in the Krone Restaurant and hence is very familiar with the demands of the kitchen. The skill of the new head chef is as impressive as abundance of creations that are put on the plate – all based on regionality and precision.
The Restaurant Krone and the Palatine Snug Bar are places of cultivated and heartfelt hospitality. Erika Kuntz and Fabio Daneluzzi, the young couple at the helm, promise to preserve this culinary heritage.
