RÜSSEL‘s Landhaus is located in the picturesque scenery of the Dhron valley, a quiet side valley of the Moselle river. Ruth and Harald Rüssel put a fresh spin on modern German cuisine. The chef attaches great importance to the highest quality produce sourced from local producers. His signature is one of authenticity and intense flavour.
The exhaustive wine list, comprising treasures from the Moselle valley as well as from other great European wine regions complement the gastronomic experience.
On warm summer days, food is served on the idyllic garden terrace at the lake. The atmosphere of the Landhaus is rustic and sophisticated, the rooms are elegantly furnished with a great love of detail.
